Rupee Climbs 31 Paise In Early Trade Amid Oil Prices Drop

The rupee posted a strong gain against the dollar today, rising by 31 paise to 94.29 in early trading. Support for the domestic currency came from lower crude oil prices and a weaker dollar index. After opening at 94.46 in the interbank foreign exchange market, the rupee strengthened further. The latest rupee advance continues its recent recovery trend.
