Andhra, Jharkhand Get Independent NCC State Units

The National Cadet Corps has approved separate state directorates for Andhra Pradesh and Jharkhand, increasing the total number to 19. The move aims to improve training, coordination and support for cadets. Officials said the new structure will create better opportunities for young people and strengthen the NCC's role in nation-building.
