Indian Rupee Gains 43 Paise Amid US-Iran Deal

The Indian rupee strengthened by 43 paise today, trading at 94.68 against the US dollar compared to its previous close of 95.11, its highest level since May 8. The gain followed reports of deal between US and Iran, easing fears of a West Asia conflict. It pushed Brent crude down 4.5% to $83.40 per barrel after both sides announced a deal to end hostilities.
