Football Coach Blackmails, Rapes Teen Player For 3 Years

A football coach in Maharashtra's Palghar district was arrested for allegedly raping a 17-year-old minor player repeatedly over three years, promising her a career in the sport. The 36-year-old accused, Abhijit Mendal, also made objectionable videos of the girl and blackmailed her. The victim finally told her family, leading to his arrest under the POCSO Act.
