Salman Khan Case: HC Issues Key Direction

The Bombay High Court has directed Salman Khan’s Panvel neighbour to consider removing allegedly defamatory posts made against the actor on social media. The court observed that online platforms should not be used for defamation and suggested disputes be resolved through legal channels. The matter has been listed for further hearing on July 6.
