Kerala Chief Minister V D Satheesan said the state has not yet decided whether to implement the PM SHRI scheme. He said the government will first seek legal advice because the previous government had signed an agreement with the Centre. Satheesan accused the former LDF government of signing the MoU without proper Cabinet approval or consultation.
