Telangana Tenant Farmers Demand Legal Status

Tenant farmers in Telangana have renewed their demand for legal recognition and access to welfare schemes. Farmer groups say many tenants are denied subsidies, crop loans, MSP procurement and disaster compensation despite cultivating land. They urged the govt to issue eligibility cards, reform existing rules and ensure benefits reach actual farmers without delays.
