Priyanka Chaturvedi Supports Generational Shift In Politics

Shiv Sena (UBT) Rajya Sabha MP Priyanka Chaturvedi today supported the idea of old politicians stepping aside at an advanced age to create opportunities for younger leaders. Her remarks followed reports that ex-PM HD Deve Gowda, 93, was not renominated for the next Rajya Sabha polls. Gowda is scheduled to retire on June 25, ending a journey spanning 5 decades.
