“Delhi May Die”: HC On Gymkhana Move

The Delhi High Court has strongly reacted to the Centre’s move to reclaim land from institutions like the Delhi Gymkhana Club and other elite clubs in Lutyens’ Delhi. While hearing the matter, the court warned that shrinking green spaces could make Delhi unlivable, saying people may “suffocate and die” if open areas are lost.
