Mumbai Congress Demands Safeguards Against Voter Deletions

Mumbai Congress chief Varsha Gaikwad urged the Election Commission to conduct the voter list revision fairly and without haste. She sought greater transparency, advance notice before voter deletions, better access to records for political parties, and protection of voter rights. Gaikwad also requested delaying the next phase due to expected heavy monsoon rains.
