Israel has announced plans to install a grand statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in one of its major cities as a tribute to his legacy and to strengthen cultural and diplomatic ties with India. The announcement was made by Consul General Yaniv Revach after meeting Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis, who assured full support for the initiative.
