India T20 vice-captain Tilak Varma emerged as the highest-paid player in the inaugural TG20 auction, joining Medak Falcons for Rs 33 lakh. Mohammed Siraj was bought by Warangal Warriors for Rs 14 lakh. Uncapped all-rounder CV Milind fetched Rs 17 lakh. The TG20 tournament begins on June 21 with eight teams competing in the new league.
