Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 27.7°C this morning, slightly above the seasonal average, the IMD said. The weather department has predicted partly cloudy skies with a chance of thunder and lightning later in the day, while the maximum may touch 39°C. Humidity stood at 55%. Air quality was in the 'moderate' category with an AQI of 179, CPCB data showed.
