Dehradun Police has introduced a special traffic plan to manage heavy weekend tourist rush towards Mussoorie and Chakrata. Over 45,000 vehicles recently entered the city due to holidays, pilgrimage and tourism activities. A 3-tier diversion system has been set up, along with drone monitoring and deployment of 130 personnel to ensure smooth traffic flow.
