UN WFP Warns US-Iran War Is Driving Millions Into Hunger

The UN World Food Program has warned that US-Iran war is worsening global hunger, with rising fuel prices. An extra 2.5 million people in Somalia, 2.3 mn in Afghanistan and 1.3 mn in Sri Lanka are facing difficulty meeting basic food needs. It has also projected that 45 mn more people could fall into hunger, adding to the 318 mn already affected worldwide.
