Karnataka government has issued an order implementing free bus pass facility for all school and college students, announced by CM DK Shivakumar after the first Cabinet meeting. The scheme applies to KSRTC, BMTC, NWKRTC and KKRTC buses. The Cabinet approved the move, while detailed implementation guidelines will be issued separately by the government.
